These last 10 days in Switzerland were full of business activities, so in few words about this.
Firstly, our Cezary Maciborski, Head of Trade Department, spoke at the Swiss-Ukrainian Business Forum, which took place on 11-12 May in Lugano. This event brought together representatives of European business, primarily from Switzerland and Ukraine, associations, organizations, government officials and opinion leaders to discuss topical issues of private sector participation in real projects of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. Together with other participants and speakers, Cezary took part in a panel discussion FOOD and AGRO to discuss potential investment in agriculture in Ukraine after wartime: opportunities, challenges and necessary reforms.
After a few days, Cezary attended GrainCom Event, which was held in Geneva on 15-17 May, where traditionally participants all over the world met to discuss the current issues of global trade, Black Sea logistics (supplies, transportation, documentation, risk) and the impact of the geopolitical situation today and in the future.
In light of the rapid transformations taking place in agriculture and the global economy, our team needs to strengthen relationships and expand our network of partners. We are eager to interact with experts and discuss the challenges we face.
